The Brasserie closed in September.

Zacker — a former partner at The Capital Grille restaurant and Suite nightclub, both located in the St. Johns Town Center area — has been working on Sway’s casual upscale concept for about eight months, he said.

Sway’s island fusion cuisine is the creation of executive chef Ian Jernigan. The predominantly seafood menu includes steaks and chicken, too, and price points ranging from $9 (sandwich wrap) to $38 (bone-in ribeye steak), Zacker said. (Look for more menu details in a future post.)
